Donal Mulryan gives Patchwork Masterclass!

Donal kicked-off the discussion with reflections on his life and career, with him detailing his 25-year career in property and offering advice on what can be done when facing the challenges and opportunities presented by work and daily life. This was followed by a detailed question and answer session, chaired by the Patchworker’s themselves, with him being quizzed on everything from business leadership styles to the importance of charitable and community work.

Many of the Patchworkers were interested in the struggles and challenge new business owners may face, with his advice being to ‘develop passions as they drive tenacity and tenacity drives you on’. Perhaps unsurprisingly, many of the Patchworkers were interested to learn how the world of work has changed in the last 18 months due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, with Donal stressing the need to remain positive and seek new opportunities.

This special session was, as always, one which was thoroughly enjoyed by all involved and we look forward to joining the Patchworkers at their graduation later in the year.
